If you need a safe Eric & his team at EA Safes is the one everyone should call. There’s no sales pitch, no gimmicks, no BS just straight up facts. No up selling to try to squeeze more out of you either. I had been looking at safes for years, but really hard the past 10 months. I looked at the Typical places, Tractor supply, gun & ammo dealers, online, you name it I was doing it. What I found out is you get what you pay for. Out of hundreds of reviews I read liberty safes always had the best reviews. Although these safes come with a steep price tag depending on what you want I went with the centurion 24. I wanted white but it was only offered in black or sand. I went with Sand because it was closer to white than black. Eric’s delivery fee was reasonable, he brought it in the house and set everything up exactly the way I wanted it. His team even installed my light and dehumidifier before he delivered it and plugged it in for me. They stayed and showed me how everything works. Told me how the lock worked, where the battery was and how to even turn the lever. It wasn’t that I didn’t know these things but having someone walk me through it just solidifies the extra mil Eric and his team goes for their customers. On every review for other safes with other people they do not do this level or this type of service. The other 3rd party delivery companies drop it at your front door and most of the times they are damaged. There was Not a single thing wrong with mine. Before he left he told me to leave the safe door open for at least 24hrs. When I asked him why he said the safe needed to warm up to room temp. He said if I put my guns in there right now and closed the door I would trap the cold air and moisture would form causing my guns to start rusting. That’s what I call customer service. No one does this type of service anymore and I’m so glad I found EA safes. If you have not gone to see him go! If you need a safe and don’t know who to go to, go to Him. He is the guy I’ll always recommend. My over all experience was amazing. Thanks Eric and just know your business you created is truly amazing. I love the safe and I love the type of customer service you provided

Purchased a safe on black Friday. The store used a fork lift to load it on my trailer and I was on my way home. Once I got home reality set in and I realized I may need help moving the safe to it's new location. I had seen some posts on Facebook about EA safes in Griffith In. I gave them a call and spoke to Erik. I explained my situation and asked for a rough guess on cost. His quote was well within what I thought was worth paying. We made arrangements more 2 days away. Erik and his partner arrive on time. Took a look at the install area, headed to the garage and in less time than it has taken me to type this, had the safe moved to the new location Even though I did not purchase the safe from him, he took time to go over the safe and offered some well appreciated advice.

Eric at EA Safes was awesome! My wife and I went in with an idea of what we wanted. Eric took the time to show us different models that would suit our needs and left the decision to us- NO pressure NO hurry. Once we made our choice, Eric took the time to deliver it to our home 50 miles away in Illinois! The safe was delivered safely despite very tight quarters. Eric goes above and beyond! I cannot recommend EA safes enough!
